GRAMMAR QUESTION. August 25th

Correct the errors in the following sentence:

Not only you but also your fellow employees need be in the office early tomorrow to sort the files, preparing for the interview and you will have to make applicant dossiers.

Richard: Yes, but "prepare for" works better here as "prepare" has a different meaning with a direct object.
