GRAMMAR QUESTION, July 21st

Correct the errors in the following sentence:

The director and me need to know to who to send the rejecting letter before its written and in it's envelope.

Gilbert and Karine: You both have problems with the relative pronoun and an adjective. Karine, check parallel structure, too.

Irena: Good, but check the punctuation.
Adam: You're on the right track but pay attention to some detail here: word form, punctuation, and capitalization.

I am assuming that coma is unnecessary.
