We saw a truck come down the hill driving too fast; It couldn't stop before hitting a car in the intersection. Which left debris all over the road.
Tammy: You're on the right track, but I want you to note that your last "sentence" is really a dependent clause--it can't stand on its own.
We have seen the track coming down the hill. It was driving too fast and it couldn’t stop before hitting a car at the intersection. There was debris laying all over the road.
