Correct the errors in the following sentence
While I had arrived in Paris neither the bus or the trains was running, the following day the buses ran and trains had been started to move later at the afternoon.

When I was arriving in Paris, the buses and the trains weren't running, although the buses started to run the next day and the trains in the afternoon.
When I arrived in Paris, the buses and the trains were not running.They started running the following day starting with the buses in morning and the trains in the afternoon.
AMIN: There is some improvement here, but think about verb tense and punctuation.
