VOCABULARY, March 9th

Vocabulary building is important for both reading comprehension and writing. Use the following two words (note the part of speech) in one sentence.

Marie-France: Diminution is good, but I'm not sure what you mean with your use of millennial.

Tammy: Yes, but "over the millennial years" does not have a clear meaning.

Tammy: That doesn't really help--theproblem is more general; millenial refers to a thousand year time period, but it is only relatively recently that womens' rights has become an issue. A thousand years ago;-)
