Marie-Christine: #1--good; #2--another phrase, and don't change the original clause;-) #3--you need to add another independent clause to that original one;-)
#s 1 and 2--both are phrases; #3--good.

Irena: Good--note that in #3 it should be "proceedings";-)
Tammy: That's another independent clauses, and these two clauses need a semicolon to separate them.
